Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the BohoMockup Chrome extension and the bohomockup.com website (together, the “Service”). By installing or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The Service
BohoMockup places your artwork into ready-made interior mockup scenes and lets you add the resulting images to an Etsy listing you have open, or download them. It is an early-stage product: features, scenes, plans and limits may change, and we may add or remove scenes.
2. Your artwork
You keep all rights in the artwork you use. Your artwork is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to our servers (see the Privacy Policy). You confirm that you have the right to use the artwork you put into the Service and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.
3. Free and Premium scenes
A set of scenes is free and needs no account. Other scenes are Premium and require signing in with Google and an active subscription. We may change which scenes are free or Premium.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Premium is a recurring monthly subscription, currently priced at $9.99 USD per month, charged in advance through Stripe. Taxes may be added where required.
- The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the Manage button in the extension panel, which opens Stripe’s billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep Premium access until then.
- Fees already paid are generally not refundable, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we will look at it in good faith.
- We may change the price. We will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
- Premium is not available until we announce it. Until then nothing is charged.
5. Fair use
Premium scenes are delivered from our server and are subject to a fair-use daily download limit to protect the Service. Do not try to bypass access controls, share your account, scrape or copy the scene files, or use the Service in a way that harms it or other users.
6. Using the mockups
What you may do with the images you create is set out in the License information, which forms part of these terms.
7. Etsy
BohoMockup is an independent product. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Etsy. Adding images to a listing does not publish it; you are responsible for your listings and for following Etsy’s rules. Etsy may change its pages at any time, which can stop the upload feature from working; you can always download the images instead.
8. Our rights
The Service, its software, design, and the scene files remain ours or our licensors’. You may use them only as these terms and the license allow. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results will suit your purpose or look identical in every case.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $20 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and, if subscribed, cancelling.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of BohoMockup resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules where you live.
